2. This web site is intended for persons aged 18 and over. Some content of this web site may be inappropriate for persons under 18 years of age. By using this web site you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

3. eTipsters.com does not provide gaming or gambling capabilities on its site. The information is for your enjoyment and entertainment purposes only.  It is a sports information site, while odds and betting lines are part of that information. It is very important to check the laws and regulation in your own country regarding gambling and betting advertising, as it might differ from country to country.

4. eTipsters.com’s content and services are free of any charge. There aren’t any membership fees, joining charges or any other provisions or expenses.

5. During registration you will be asked to submit personal data such as username, name, e-mail address, avatar (optional) website URL (if any), to enable us to provide you with the services available through this web site. Your personal information (name and e-mail) will be kept securely in accordance with our privacy policy. Your username, avatar and web URL will be visible on your public profile. You agree that your username, picks, and betslip reviews can be used for promotional purposes.

6. Customer warrants that the information given in the application is accurate. eTipsters.com reserves the right to request a satisfactory proof of identity and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account closure.

7. Each customer is entitled to have only one account. Anyone who will attempt to hold multiple accounts or to cheat in any other way will be disqualified and will face account suspension.

8. eTipsters.com will rank the best tipsters every month and year. The rules and the categories for ranking are described at the How to Play page and are subject to change with out prior notice. We reserve the right to change or alter the rankings if there are bugs in the ranking algorithm or cheating attempts.    

9. eTipsters.com editors are responsible to correct or erase any obvious mistakes regarding the matches, kick off time, tips, odds and/or results in the Betslips. Betslips that can’t be properly corrected will be totally discarded.

10. The best tipsters at the end of every month and year will be rewarded with prizes. Prizes will be announced at the Prizes page. Prizes will be announced at the beginning of every period and will not decrease in value. Any increase of prizes will be announced at least 10 days before the end of that period.

11. Winners will be contacted through e-mail to provide further information regarding the payout of the prizes. Winners agree to receive payments by means proposed by eTipsters.com. eTipsters.com reserves the right to cancel any transaction related to a  fraud attempt.

12. Customers are solely responsible for the continent published at their public profile including; the avatar, betslip reviews, own comments and comments from other tipsters. Customers agree that they will not post any content that is: unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of anyone's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;  and will not post or otherwise transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. Customers who will continuously disregard this term will be suspended and their accounts terminated. eTipsters.com reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content posted by users.
